Thank you for your interest in Linde's products. This is a simple guide to register yourself as a Linde customer.

Step 1 - Prepare required documents

 

Please prepare the relevant documents (non returnable) needed for your registration as below.

  • Form 9 or 13
  • Utility Bill
  • Borang 1 or Form D
  • Utility Bill

For Credit Application

  • Form 49 and
  • Latest 3 months' bank statement
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Borang 1 or
  • Form D ang A
    or Form D and 8
  • Latest 3 months'
    bank statement
  • Form 79 or 80/80A/83/83A
  • Latest 3 months' bank statement

Step 2 – Application process

You will need to complete an Account Application form to register as a Linde customer. Kindly choose from Cash Account Application form or Credit Account Application form.

Remote registration options
  1. Download the Cash or Credit Account Application form on our website; fill up the form and mail it back to us with all the relevant documents for processing; or


    Call our Customer Service Centre (1-800-883-888) to request for a paper form to be sent through the post. Fill up the form with all the relevant documents and mail it back to us.

  2. Send your application and documents to the address below:

  3. Once your application is approved, you will be notified and a New Customer Welcome Pack will be sent to you.

    Kindly allow 3 working days for processing (from the time we receive the application). Application with incomplete documents or information will cause delay in processing.

Immediate registration (for Cash Account only):
  1. Visit one of our Linde outlet/agent listed in the Store Finder.

  2. Fill up the form and submit together with all the relevant documents needed.
