Step 1 - Prepare required documents
Please prepare the relevant documents (non returnable) needed for your registration as below.

Step 2 – Application process
You will need to complete an Account Application form to register as a Linde customer. Kindly choose from Cash Account Application form or Credit Account Application form.
| Remote registration options | - Download the Cash or Credit Account Application form on our website; fill up the form and mail it back to us with all the relevant documents for processing; or
Call our Customer Service Centre (1-800-883-888) to request for a paper form to be sent through the post. Fill up the form with all the relevant documents and mail it back to us.

- Once your application is approved, you will be notified and a New Customer Welcome Pack will be sent to you.
Kindly allow 3 working days for processing (from the time we receive the application). Application with incomplete documents or information will cause delay in processing.

| Immediate registration (for Cash Account only): | - Visit one of our Linde outlet/agent listed in the Store Finder.
- Fill up the form and submit together with all the relevant documents needed.
