1.   How do I order from Linde?

You need to be a Linde customer to place an order with us. Click here to check how you can register to be a Linde customer.

You can either send us your order online, call our Customer Service Centre or email us csc.lg.my@linde.com to place an order.


Kindly note that if you need delivery, you will need to order and arrange with the Customer Service centre.

2.   What Gas Products can I buy from Linde ?
Linde gases are used in many commercial and private industry sectors and across a range of diverse applications.

We supply over 20,000 compressed gases and mixtures. The main industrial product groups include:

  • Inert gases: Carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen oxygen-free (N2O), pureshield argon (Ar)
  • Fuel gases: Dissolved acetylene(C2H2), hydrogen (H2), propane(C3H8), powerjet propylene (C3H6)
  • Oxidant gases:  Compressed air, oxygen (O2)
  • Shielding gases: Alushield, argoshield, stainshield
  • Laser and assist gases
  • Refrigeration gases
  • Cryogenic gases
  • Foodfresh gases
  • Balloon gas
  • Linde also supply non-industrial gas for medical use, hospitality and scientific research
  • Dry ice

3.   What non-gas products can I buy from Linde?

In addition to our standard gas products, we also offer a range of complementary goods including gas equipment, arc equipment, filler materials, trade tools and safety products.

4.   Where can I find my nearest Linde outlet or agent?

You can use our online Store finder to locate your nearest Linde outlet, partner or agent. 

5.   How do I pay for my order?

Linde offers various payment methods to give you flexibility in payment.

You can pay through :

  • Electronic transfer (bank automated transfer) , this is the preferred way;
  • Cheque  payment ;
  • Cash payment (only limited acceptance, kindly check during order).
